Our Compliance Program

The Pluspetrol Group ratifies a strong and visible ethical commitment in the development of business, explicitly rejecting any illegal act associated with the crimes of fraud, corruption, influence peddling, money laundering, financing of terrorism and other related crimes that put the Company´s sustainability, growth and reputation at risk.

Its main objective is to prevent the commission of these crimes, in accordance with the anti-corruption regulatory framework applicable in the countries where Pluspetrol operates and the internal guidelines defined by the board of directors and set forth in the company's purpose and values.

The Company´s Compliance program is led by the Compliance Officer, who creates an internal management system that promotes the fulfillment of the obligations set forth in the law and those that are voluntarily undertaken.

The "Ethics Line" complaint channel is a tool that is designed to facilitate the reporting of behavior that does not comply with Pluspetrol Group's Code of Conduct and our company’s Anti-bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy.

To ensure confidentiality and transparency throughout the process, protecting the complainant the whole time.

Our company obtains goods and services from suppliers and contractors that abide by the Third Partiesˈ Code of Conduct, by proving the fulfillment of defined laws, regulations and procedures, through processes that offer equity, transparency and objectivity.

When awarding purchases and contracts in all the locations where we operate, we undertake the commitment to promote the management of local suppliers to accompany their growth in a sustained and safe manner, by working closely and in constant collaboration with the responsibility of promoting the development and adaptation of their services to the needs of our activities.
