Sustainability Policy

We seek to grow by focusing on responsible and sustainable management.

As part of the Pluspetrol Group, we take the Sustainability Policy, which is a high hierarchy document, as a starting point, considering short and long-term objectives regarding environmental, social and governance aspects of our activities.

As a result, we promote trust-based relationships with our stakeholders, generating ethical behavior that is shared throughout the company, and we develop our activities by constantly improving good practices, pursuing excellence in each of the processes to achieve long-term growth and sustainability objectives.

As part of our commitment to responsible business management, we provide all our stakeholders with the necessary mechanisms and channels so that they can communicate all types of expectations and/or concerns, ensuring their analysis and treatment.

The main mechanisms are the Ethics Line, the complaints and claims channel and the Human Rights Policy.

Through the management and monitoring of the requirements that arise from this relationship with stakeholders, we can obtain information that is valuable for the decision-making process.

In line with this, the management of suppliers is a key aspect of our sustainability strategy. Through it, we seek to build and strengthen trust-based relationships with our strategic suppliers, who are able to contribute to the company's business objectives.

Accordingly, we accompany their development by promoting good practices and the transfer of knowledge.

As part of our commitment to sustainable development and the adoption of the best practices, we participate in several chambers of the industry and other types of initiatives.
